I must say I loooove this part: "even when I am in the middle of chaos my mind still finds its way to you." >> I found it to be very relatable as well!

And another beautiful part: "In between the lines you write I have found a home for me"
>> I think we can all relate to this in some way, because some of us to get moved by the poetry or even books/letters etc we read from others. That's how I interpreted it anyway :)

To be honest I was kind of hoping for more at the end... I felt like it needed a little more 'something' .. since all of your poems have such special endings!!
