I MISS MY FRIENDS

Alone and empty I sit here now
The evening is eventless and quite
I miss my friends and times with them
I wish them love with silent smiles
I remember how time flew withthem
So much life infused in those moments
We laughed and cried for no reasons
We rejoiced the hours and the seasons
Birthday beatings, and "new punch" ceremonies
Mimicking teachers and surprise prank games
And I remember the stupid paper boats
We made and sank in the lastmonsoon rains
I still drink tea and have pizzas alone
I still go to games and moviesand stores
And I still sit in our favorite spots
But they are no fun now, not anymore
And when I go to 'our places'on some days
I close my eyes and see 'us 'together there
Time stops and I can hear uslaugh
I can still feel us close and bonded somehow
I hope and know we share this love
I know we carry those times in our hearts
And when the loneliness will hurt us too much
We will close our eyes and be together again.........�
