Drove to Tears

Let me tell you about a little gal' a real slice of heaven
pulled up into my life one day, really got my motor revvin'.

The first night we met we downed a few beers
then I took her for a spin to see just how she steers.

I sort of fell to pieces, could'nt get a grip
she had my tires smokin' when she showed me her drag strip.

Some women built for comfort, some are built for speed
some are made for goodness, this one dirty deeds.

Some women a bit to idle others with gears stripped
in the backseat this one took me for a trip.

Ive driven a few clunkers and by others I have been stood up
this one really had it going on when she had her hood up.

She kept her motor racing from the dusk until the dawn
she was really a champion when she got her helmet on.

really liked her track, it was the best I've seen
she let me hug her curves and the places in between.

Some machines to lean, others lack in spunk
this one had the right amount of junk that was in her trunk.

I knew that I was finished, I knew right from the start
because thats when this hot rod took the pink slip to my heart.
