Thanks bro! You are right, John stuck close to the Lord and he knew Jesus loved him. Not that the Lord loved him more than the others but John staying close to him received more blessings. This is still true today, Jesus wants our our love and devotion, leaning on Him brings the approval of the Father with blessings and assurance of salvation.
