The best thing about you two is you have one another...There are so many people going through what your husband is going through, but they have no one. Lost hope in themselves and no one to fight for so they give up....If anything you guys get out of all this, out of the worst circumstance you can imagine, is that you are a poet and know that you share your story with so many others that when we read stuff like this, yes it may be sad, but its totally inspiring because the love you have for him while hes going through this, while his body is changing, is just beautiful. And the gratefulness he has for you is just as beautiful...

Wow this is heartwrenching, but I agree with Chelsey... I know at times he just wants to give up and I'm sure you do too, but when all the good things you have out weighs the bad, you just keep on fighting all the more to live on... the love the two of you share is so precious and so many would give all they have to experience that. This is also a very powerful inspiring piece written from the heart...

I feel really unable to comment on the poem itself because it is deep and personal to you...and honestly I love the piece but the sadness in here breaks my heart and I feel really upset for you, the emotion was so evident, it brought tears to my eyes.
