Some men are still dreaming

by Ole Carsten   Dec 16, 2012

When the weather is not easy,
Here we go again,
I have dreams and visions,
To keep me occupied,
And have my mind at ease.

I am wrapping me in the blanket,
Visiting the world outside,
Remembering what we had,
Dreaming of what to come,
I want to run to you, now.

You are like my heartbeats,
The remember all feelings,
What we have inside, shared,
In our own life bubble,
It is filled with warm emotions.

I am dreaming of past loneliness,
Outside it might snow or rain,
My teacup is filled with tunes of love,
Each spoon of honey is a kiss,
Handed from your lips.

Outside in might be Thunder,
Each blink of my eye is a flash,
What will come has to come,
Enchanted in love as I am,
I see no evil coming.

I am dreaming of your wedding,
Dressed in silky weeding dress,
Colorful in white and red,
I dream I match you,
At your side?

Thunder only happens when it's raining,
It is said in a song,
Listen to the rain when it tells,
About happiness,
Long life and tenderness.
