Inadvertent Victor (Scholar of You II)

by MyHalozChokinMe   Jan 16, 2013

You're the bullet I have to take.
You, with machine-gun eyes,
violent vibrancy and
covert smiles, conspire
to take me down.
Each touch, annihilation-
I didn't ask for this.
Mystic madness slays me,
bless your barbed-wire heart.
Rare and brutal beauty has
knocked me down again.
Arms of perfect anarchy
refuse to raise me up.
My virulent mind is rampant
with scenes I won't forget.
How evil, when you know you
have the antidote for it.
Unrelenting conquerer of my
steadfast self control, I've
memorized each moment of
your whispering campaign.
Inadvertent victor.
In the battle of our wills,
your presence is a prison
and I've thrown away
the key.
