Twisting words

by Ole Carsten   Jan 17, 2013

As a common poet, I twist sentences, in a new way,
I describe the unseen, with words and lyrics,
Creating images of colors and sweetness,
You can taste the air dripping from the ceiling.

I make love with you on the beach, while the waves are rolling in,
Making the breaking sound over the rocks,
I let you feel the water licking cold against your body, in the moment,
You break the surface, and slide naked in the blue refreshing Ocean.

I am pulling the moon over the Castle to create the Kodak moment,
Lighting the candles and the fireplace like magic,
Letting the romance marching in the bedroom, setting laces on your body,
Dreaming the emerald shine in your eye; putting fragrance on your skin.

But I can't write love in your heart if there are none to find,
I can't persuade Cupid to send an arrow in your chest to let you love,
I can write about our happiness, because it is there,
I can feel lucky that I am loved by my beloved, and shield from evil dreams.

I can't persuade Cupid to send a arrow in your chest to let you love,

^^ I think this line needs an "an" infront of arrow

I like the part about writing about happiness because is there. ^_^
