A sad and lonely poem. Written with the heart of emotion. Excellent

Yeah that ending just sums it all up on how two people want to love the other but has not the courage to speak it out or approach that person to spill what their heart wishes.

It's a lonely feeling which I'm sure everyone of us have experienced it..thanks for the read :)

You already know how I feel about your poetry William..No one does a rhymer like you. I love the story this told and feel as if I was watching the whole poem take place. It flowed along beautifully. And this is my fav stanza, if found it incredibly sad.

I desire to sit beside her,
To try my key at her hearts door,
But I just keep my distance,
While she sits beside the shore.

So nice to see you penning :) once again.

This is beautiful , the simplicity in this piece
Pushs raw emotions through the words and into hearts
I loved how you kept it all based on the ocean ,
