Us verse the world

A familiar feeling has found a home in my heart
but there is something there that
cannot be fully alive again
deep within me i know that love is worth
everything at all costs but i
fear that i will fall too deep finding myself feeling
guilty for yet another relationship failing making me feel like
hell is running loose all around me
i know that he loves me with his full heart
just being with him is slowly replacing the emptiness that i once
knew was engulfing my heart but he changed that
loving me and caring for me everyday
making me feel like there is
nobody or anything in the world that he loves more than making me smile
openly admits his love for me not giving a care about what
people think or say about it makes me feel like i'm a
queen when he at times treats me like
royalty and in his heart my kingdom
safe in his arms forever is my dream but only
time will tell what the future and the
universe will hold for us us
versus the
world and all of its obstacles that come between us
x marks the spot of where we start as i
yearn to be held by him everyday until we hit
zero when death separates us until we meet again
