This is a great poem. Friends are always great to have because they are always there for us. :) I loved your words to describe a good friend. The only thing I would change is

The line 'And you don't mind I'm boring'

I would put 'And you don't mind that I'm boring' just my opinion 5/5

I like the whole flow of the poem...my fav lines are "You can make me smile
When the world frowns
You make me laugh
When tears are in my eyes
We talk late into the night
And you don't mind that I'm boring".
