Light vs. Dark

Angels call me
Lead me to the light
Help me forget my sorrow
Realize the joy in life

I begin to laugh again
Smile for real
Enjoy time with my family
Notice what I couldn't feel

Demons steal me
Drag me to Death
Bring back depression
Take away my breath

I begin to numb again
Fake my smile
Isolate myself more
Lose it once and awhile

The war between Light and Dark
Has been done
Each and every time
Darkness has won
