Longing to see

by Ole Carsten   May 14, 2013

Surrounded by colourful images,
Magazines filled with glitter,
Setting a high standard,
What is real and what is not?

Dresses swirling like rain,
Soft clothes in wonderful fabric,
Cut to fit only a few women,
I am longing to see just one dress.

Forbidden by superstition,
A bad luck rule or habit?
I am still longing for that frame,
My imagination is stretched.

Oh dear whatever rules,
Just one small look?
I won't harm anyone,
Just a single tiny image?

I am a simple man without,
Fantasies and power to see,
Even the shapes of you,
In your lifetime dress.

Whatever it is, please don't look at the bride wearing her wedding gown before the wedding..

superstition or not but you just have to wait.

    It's worth the wait.
