When i found out....

\"I just cannot believe he took all those pills for the pain\" my mom said

\"He knocked himself out for the rest of the day\" were the words that came out of my mom\'s head

\"he\'s going to kill himself doing that\" we would fear

\"who knows son he may surprise us and live for a few more years\\\"

\"no he won\\\'t mom, no he won\'t \" I said holding back tears

than I got out of the car
and went to the school which was not far

I was in class reading

someone came in looking for me like I just gave someone a beating

\"Ben. They need you in the office now\" my teacher said

I went in to my mom and sister \"well I guess you already know...he\'s dead\"

I tried to hold it back but then I just broke
I cried so much I choked

me my mom and my sister standing there crying

after just finding out of my dad\'s dying

now I just live from day to day
from that one morning of dismay

**my dad died when I was 13......he had surgery so that\'s why he took the pills**
