Wow. This is very touching. Ive been in the same position so I can relate to what youre saying/writing. I love this poem though.

I love the flow in this piece and the simple rhymes; though the rhyming seems to be a bit rough in a few places. The story is told very well, all its lacking is a little bit of imagery. The narration or point of view in this piece is wonderfully evident and executed throughout the piece. Your pull at the beginning was strong and did it's job effortlessly. The ending was conclusive and precise; I enjoyed that fact.

All in all, wonderful write, though it is also heartrending
