I think he knows that
She likes him
It's getting clear
The signs she showed him
Up all night
She wonders
'What does he thinks of me ?'
Probably doesn't
Does he know ?
Should she asks him ?
Wasn't it clear enough ?
Does he mind ?
Does he cares ?
Probably don't matter.

    This is a cute little poem. A couple of small errors. Asks should be ask and cares should be care.
    If you truly love someone you should always say how you feel. It does matter for sure. I love this poem though! 5
