Really nice poem. Short but still very nice. I liked the use of simple words and phrases.

Simple and brief write without a lot of detail but you have a very positive outlook on life, and look you have to keep moving forward without forgetting to fulfill your dreams.

There were a few lines where I thought the flow was broken up and you could either get rid of a few of the commas and separate into stanzas...also I think you could use more periods when needed instead of repeating "but". Just a suggestion though :]
