Good flow with the rhymes. There was a sad vagueness in this write that no matter what happened, that is in the past, there is no compromising or ways to fix/solve the relationship. It is behind you yet you are still left saying goodbye and don't know what life has ahead...

beautifully expressed, indeed the part about so much being left unsaid can tear the heart up and cause a lot of sorrow that there are things left unfinished, that not every emotion and thought was put out there. There were constraints, you were both holding back.
