Liked the simplicity of this, it expressed your hurt as well as your need to be with your love once more. I think it'd be extremely hard to have someone who left without closure or a reason... it's sad it has to happen that way or there was never an attempt to try harder. Also, liked how you differentiated to the reader that the difference between "not finished" and "abandoned" is great and prominent.
