Nature's Call

by You Can Speak But I Can Rhyme   Jul 12, 2013

Crimson trees with a greenish fade;
Colorful leaves in form of a spade;
Crescent moon that descends upon;
The layer of which I'm so very fond...

As silver sparkles touch down the ground;
The moment comes when fireflies glitter around;
The scenic beauty it deeply touches my heart;
This mesmerizing world I've seen since the start...

Peaceful winds that flow from the west;
Where flowers dance in sync at their best;
The scent in the air in this beautiful night;
As it celebrates the monsoons with delight...

At dawn I feel the warmth of the sun;
The light in the skies, as nature has it's fun;
As cold winds makes the wind chime sing;
Moments spent hearing the melody it brings...

And then I thank god for giving me this life;
For making me smile, after an endless strife;
And I shall write what I see, as time goes by;
My countless memories I'll cherish till I die...
