Always Been You

by noodles84   Sep 16, 2013

I see my man, my steel city man.
I drift off to where it all began...

Lust in my eyes, ideas in my head.
Imagine and long for you in my bed.

I'd stand close, I'd breathe you in.
I wanted you closer...my favourite sin.
But you weren't mine, and I not yours.
My heart and my head-always at war.

And then I set myself free...
There was only one place I wanted to be..
With my man, my steel city man.
In your arms, touching your skin,
Becoming your favourite sin.

And now we love, we laugh, we cry and we shout,
But shall there never be any doubt,
That whilst we map our future and make plans,
We'll stay side by side and hand in hand,
You're my heart, my lifeblood, my soul.

It's always been you darling x To Mr & Mrs H
