The Gift and The Curse

by James   Dec 2, 2013

A Cherry oak piano joys the room, moon light hides behind dancing Trees, squirrels tune in with sadden eyes, the cabin sweats, the fireplace roars, almost awakening the silenced animals piecing the walls, the piano plays on, it's owner smiles with sorrow eyes, the Earth stands still, the wind halts, A angel looks on, the owner plays a pleasant tune with a heavy heart, misfortune has fueled the owner sadness, the Piano has lifted the owners understanding, musical words escape the owners mouth, the runaway Angel cries out, tears of nothingness, looking on at the owners pleas of salvation, with its new gift of Forever the Angel looks on, and on.
