Young love

by jordan   Dec 4, 2013

Venom tounged
Highly strung
Silly dumb and not that fun

It started with a kiss, so young and stupid
Maybe I copped a visit from Cupid
Maybe I was lonely and maybe I thought we suited
All around me everybody disputed,
Sayin you were trouble, tellin me Ill end up wounded
I put my heart in you, and you put your knife in me
I was silly, damn I was so naive
Thanks for the lesson boy, you taught me well.
Showed me that even the demons inside you could rise from hell
I hope the thought of me keeps you awake at night
And your dreams haunt you so bad you can't fall asleep alright,
And every time you hear my name I hope the demons inside you freeze,
Just so you remember you were a little part of me.
I poured purity into your burning, evil soul
And now your left with nothing but an empty hole,
I put a mask over your lies, games, and deceit
And I hope you remember that every time you think of me.
And when you see me with somebody else, and jealousy starts to merge
I just want you to know you were nothing but a learning curve.
And in the future when your true love and lies collide
I truly hope you end up satisfied.
