It was sunny again
and it is unbearable
to contemplate this beautiful day
alone, longing for your hot heart,
for your patriotic heart.

Hi karla, I've only read a few of your poems but they have touched my heart so much. Again I don't think I could give this poem a proper comment but the wording holds a hint of sadness. It seems like the night or dark side of life gives you much comfort and that life has been tough. Love gives you some hope but the person you love is away from you. The metaphor is very sad as well. But there is so much beautiful imagery here. :). Beautiful write
