Enough

In the midst of every passion,

And the breaths taken for love,

I forgot that life kept going

And his love wasn't enough.

In the middle of his kisses,

In between his every touch

Lies the fact that he has hurt me

And the pain became too much.

When our hands were one...united...

When our hearts beat true and slow.

I forgot that hearts deceive you

And some hands tend to let go...

Though his words seemed sweet and faithful,

As he whispered in my ear,

Now I know that he has secrets,

(Not the kind I'd like to hear.)

He has failed me through his actions,

(The ones I refused to see)

And he left me always doubting/

(Having second thoughts of me.)

So forget this wicked passion,

F**k the breaths I took for love,

Damn this life that keeps on going.

F**k his love...I've had enough.
