The Ocean

by Kyle Janusz   May 29, 2014

She is of the most peaceful ocean
Her body is like a current pulling me deeper in.
Her eyes are a lighthouse, guiding my heart to her.
Her voice resonates the most beautiful sound
Trapping sailors hearts away forever.
Her touch is fragile, as if her hands were made of glass.
Her smile replicates a sunset of immense beauty.
A laugh full of heart-shattering suspense.
The kiss of her lips,
A mind-numbing, heart-soaring sensation.
Without her I'm shipwrecked
Lost as sea forever
Through the dense fog,
Over the horizon
My heart cries for her.
Each tear, a stepping stone to her.
To where our heartbeats blend to make the sound of the stillest symphony.
