Nobody sees the mask I wear
Nobody has bothered to care
All the pain I hold inside
Is hid by a smile, one simple fake lie

I can't take it off
You will never see
How the sorrow
Has consumed me

I am a freak of nature
That's what everyone says
Every insult hardens my heart
My soul has so long been dead

You know all this walking up to me
And yet you don't turn away
You slowly remove my mask
Boom, hear it crash

    It's really difficult to hiding the reality that you are not feeling happy but someone comes into your life as a friend and slowly change your life.
