Everyday Pain

Its been a while now that I'm no longer the same!

I try to escape from me like Sun hiding in its own shadow
With every tear going down your cheeks creating never ending pain

All the words spoken, all the hands shaken, all the hugs taken, all the promises broken have to end with me now

Your silent eyes talk to me as if you have been waiting to be rescued and here I stand looking at you half dead feeling Numb

Now I know that you dont love me, I tried to end this never ending pain by making MY blood flow free through my veins only to be saved by YOUR tears falling in my blood.

You gave me a life again with NO intension of being part of it...!!!

    Wow such a deep, emotion filled poem full of wonderful imagery and descriptives. I love how you describe the tests making the blood disappeared but not help.

    The last line was like a kick in the teeth which many of us can relate to.
