A Birthday Wish

In less than three hours, a girl will finally hit the big twenty-one. She has been thinking about this day for years now and has had every detail planned out. A girls 21st birthday would be one where she would never forget, and would be one where she would be able to do the things she has been doing but now legally, but most importantly this day would bring her a bit closer to where she wants to be. Every girl has a wish, every girl wishes different, and every girl wishes for their wishes to come true. As the clock strikes 12 midnight, the fist to say Happy Birthday would be her 3 year old daughter, who she loves more than air itself. The second one would be or should I say she wants it to be from the person she truly and deeply loves. She wishes that once the clock strikes 12, that person would appear on her door step with a giant bouquet of 21 different color balloons and just say those special words of "Happy Birthday". Unfortunately she knows her wish will never come true, because she's had the same wish for 5 years now and even though she has a baby with this person it has never happend. But it's just a birthday wish, some wishes come true and some don't.. There's always next year though.
