How dare you?

by Alexis Miller   Feb 23, 2015

You would question my love?
I have stayed here,
while you wander and leave me.
You would dare imply that I have strayed from you?
You are gone for months,
leaving me in my suffering.
If you wish to hold my love,
do not question it.
For surely I am chained to you.

I've missed reading your work. It is still wonderful, but this one has a much different flavor than I am used to seeing from you. Nicely done. Glad to see you back.
