Mani

by Roses of Memory   Mar 11, 2015

I don't need a gold place holder
To show how much I mean to you,
I don't need a title
I already have your love as a tattoo.
On my soul because your dear to me.
It ain't hard to see that your my gravity.
But sometimes it's difficult to know because of misconceptions,
Im sorry that my heart always got you guessing.
Confused because of the moods,
i have that change like seasons,
Throwing words, starting wars
without a simple reason.
But baby believe me when I tell you
You're my reason for breathing.
My purpose for never giving up on this existence,
That seems pointless in an instance
With this corrupted world full of pestilence.
Can't u see ?
why my heart would be looking for a resting place, trying to fly away.
Like an astronaut wants to bounce across the frames of space.
But you keep me grounded.
My little conquistador,
its my heart that you've founded.
Grazie Mani for resurrecting me from
my former self.
Reborn from the ashes of pain
To the purity of words itself.
Thank you for introducing me
To your love a guise of common wealth.
Capturing me with the accuracy of cupids arrow But with the stealth
of a phantom thief.
I love you timani.
