Oh yes that is what these silence can do to us at times...it can be deadly too!

This is a short yet very meaningful write.

Silence is golden they say but in reality is it wise to say nothing? We should follow our heads, our hearts and speak openly as not to hurt those around us because I feel silence is not golden it can break up things that would have lasted longer if only we had spoken up.

It doesn't mean heart is dead
