My love my marriage

by Nismail   Oct 2, 2015

Marriage is beautiful, 2 souls become one, we love and grow together, experience the world together.

Every day brings new experiences, spending nights in each other's arms. Waking up to the beautiful summer breeze, We dance together, we dine together; don't want to be anywhere else without your presence. You become my world and nothing else matters. My everything is you, my desire is you, and it's your love that I breathe.

Months go by, then years, our love reaches its peak, we share beautiful experiences of our children births, we cry together, we laugh together, we become a complete family. With God's blessings, the world surrounds itself with profound happiness; there is no other place I'd rather be than surrounded by my beautiful family. We grow as a family, we escape together and live by the ocean for days, God, I can't breathe without my family.

Years later we start to lose our selves and life becomes a routine, day after day, night after night, we forget how our lives started out as a divinely scripted fantasy.

We argue with devil whispering in our ears, diversity strikes and split us apart.

My wandering heart filled with so many questions ; now I am left to be the sole witness as my world collapse.

My love is stronger than that, my love is eternal, I am ready to fight the world to have you in my arms.

Why should I let go, when there is so much left to give?

Why should I give my heart to someone else when it only belongs to you?

Why should I throw away years of beautiful bond when mistakes are fixable?

Against all odds, It's us against the world, through thick and thin until death do us part.

Marriage is only between a husband and wife, since people will always be the cause of our demise.

No one knows how it feels to be cruelly punished when you haven't done the crime.

My love is pure and divine and will last until the end of time.

My love is un-conditional, my love is everlasting.

It's easy to move on but impossible to re-create years of beautiful bond.

    Welcome to pnq, first off.
What a brilliant first piece as well - I read this engrossed. The rise and fall of a marriage, but one person's determination to put it to rights instead of giving up.
A wonderful first piece and all the very best,
