Tossing up and down

^^This is a nice opening with vivid imagery. All those thoughts bouncing up and down like a ball!

Holding the pleasant
Letting go the unpleasant

^^Yup sometimes there are catches we can't catch and let them go, then there are times we hold them..and they become a memory. I like this part :)

Mind-the dream catcher
So powerful to withhold

^^Here to me it says even in all that mist the dream catcher like a watcher who stands guard and gives us the goodness. This part shows the strength of this thing.

I like this opening stanza because the use of ripples shows that thoughts are always going in and out of your mind. Great imagery.

Holding the pleasant

These lines tell me that there are thoughts you want to hold onto forever but other thoughts you want to let go but it doesn't work like this. We can sometimes forget the good and hold not the bad. I think there is a 'of' missing between go and the though.

Mind-the dream catcher

I love this part because yes, the mind is like a dream catcher it catches all good and bad whether you want it to or not but I believe it's what we do with those thoughts that make us strong.
