    I love the imagery you have created in terms of a mountain becoming a weathered.....molehill. Excellent, thoughtful write.

    Yup, just get the tectonic plates to move and collapse onto each other, and voila, you get another mountain that with the passing of the time will reduce into a molehill then into dust to be blown away by the wind. Who knew that our parents were those tectonic plates? So much chaos. . . must have occurred in order to create each of us.

    Nice piece. I like extended metaphors. Though if it helps, I'm young but never have I thought of myself as invincible, sad reality.

    This piece should open the eyes of those who do think of themselves as invincible.
