Nice job on this sad piece of poetry. It really tugs at the readers heart. Especially the last line.

I remember a time... when I too felt this way.

Sometimes all you can do is shut that door, and sometimes the door re opens, with someone better suited for you or that person sees just how special you truly are... either way... this is a powerful poem and Im glad I read it.
