"Stars, I see stars in your eyes".

Is this obvious?

Is it love?

** Quinzaine is an unrhymed verse of fifteen syllables. The word comes from the French word quinze, meaning fifteen. The syllables are distributed over three lines so that there are seven syllables in the first line, five in the second line, and three in the third line (7/5/3). The first line makes a statement. The next two lines ask questions relating to that statement.

Another beautiful piece and form. I haven't heard of this so thanks again for widening my knowledge.

You write so much in so little.

    Hello Samia.

I love reading your work, not only because of the imagination and creativity you regularly display, but because I always seem to learn a new form from you.
I have written a few different pieces of formed poetry since joining the site (learning from people like you) and will attempt this one too when I get a minute.

    I hope you are well,
    Ben

      Hi Ben,

Thank you so much for these kind words, it's a pleasure to hear this from a talented member like you. I'm grateful that many old members didn't delete their poetry forms, P&Q is one of the best online resources for all kinds of poetry, and I'm still learning just like you :)
