I read this the other day and the rhyme throughout is flawless and unforced giving the piece a wonderful flow.
The dark imagery created with wonderful metaphors is excellent too.

    Great stuff.

Angela, hello, I hope you are well.

This is the 2nd optimistic poem I've read this morning. I admire your ability to create vivid imagery. Such as this part: In veils of gauze-like tapestry, and here:
You vile and heinous gargoyled thoughts. Both of these made my mind flip just a bit. I also appreciated the flow as your line length and rhyme made for a good read.

    A well written piece.

    Take care,

    Michael

    Hi Angela
Another great poem in the classic British tradition like Thomas Gray or Alexander Pope which paints glorious word pictures and transports us to another realm

I love the reoccurring themes of nature and relics in your writing.

You have a way of painting with words, so that when I read, I can almost see the characters.
