Karma

by Karrington   Aug 11, 2016

Love can vary in many ways
This situation proves it
I don't know what dying feels like
But this feels close to it
I let you come back
After you casted me away
Fulfilling encounters
That live with me to this day
My love for you ran deeply
Despite certain feelings I kept preserved
I want to hate you for moving on
But you only did
what you deserved
I only left to restore my mental
The negativity became too strong
Now I live with the guilt
For being gone too long
Your never coming back
Forever is finished
We will never know now
The love is diminished
It all falls on me
And hard to accept
Trying to pay out dues
Ending with more debt
May the heart die quiet
I choose to find no other
And to be nothing more
Than the withered lover
