N, an honest open write about your struggle with depression. It takes a lot of strength oddly enough to admit your fears and what brings you to your knees. You are a fighter and you will get through this, I just know it! I'm glad you are reaching out, no man or woman is an island, we all need help a time or again. Hugs to you! Brenda

N, this is all too relatable for me (apart from cutting) and I hope that you can see the light more soon. I know it's hard and though I suffer a lot with depression too I am not going to say I understand and that it'll be alright because we all have our own struggles and will face them in our own time.
I do like your honesty though.

    Naomi,

This is another unique topic for a sonnet and is ANOTHER boil well lanced, lol
As you suggest in the content, writing really is a wonderful outlet and can help us through all kinds of nonsense.
May I just say, I love the half rhyme 'little and 'hospital'. Good rhyming poetry needs to make use of half rhymes, otherwise they too often come across as forced. Well done,

    Hello,

Self harm is perhaps the loneliest experiences there are. All alone, secretly releasing anger, frustration and tears. The trouble is the tears never stop and the cycle continues.

Friends who are loyal and trustworthy are rare, so I'm glad you have them.

Take care and keep writing - it helps release that sea of tears.
