This is where I am

Have you ever just met someone, and once you talk to her and get to know her a little, and start to see something different and unique about her? Something that just makes you want to dig a little deeper and and find out what it is? You two begin to grow on each other a little bit, as you learn about each other.

You start looking and going further, and becoming more intrigued and in awe the further you go. You see that she in fact is as captivating on the inside as she is on the outside. Your heart just becomes overwhelmed with the beautiful sight, and takes a leap in her direction, because its never seen another that is so loving and caring. But that leap startles her and she steps back, and the more you try explaining yourself, the further she seems to get. So you slow your role, and take it easy, even though your heart wants to search more and learn every little thing about her. Holding back your feelings, hoping all is for the best and will still work out, even though you've only moved backwards. This is where I am, waiting.. hoping for her to leap.
