It really captures the moment of living on the seashore. It's a nice place, but sometimes, sometimes, it's just quiet and quaint. Not like what you see in the movies. No birds, no trees. It's not desolate, just different.

This is inspiring and I guess you are trying to say "take your time, look around for awhile and take in your surroundings, be thankful for what you have because you won't have it forever."
Welcome to the site by the way.

    Hi there,
I believe this is the first poem I read from you.
Let's dig something out of this,

In a rush to meet the goodmorningsun
    ^^^^
    a nice powerful opening line..
a correction here- I believe these are 3 words
    " good morning sun"

A lonely songbird tapped me on the ear....
    ^^
I like this line , good choice of words

    Slow down my friend,
Sip coffee from the cup of life
    ^^
cup of life? well a good gem again in here

Be inspired by the days and nights
Shed your fears and walk towards the sea with confidence
    My foot imprints the sand....
Lonely for the songbird who tapped me on the ear
    ^^
    Inspirational all throughout

    Well done

Thank you for reading my first poem i have ever put online. Goodmorningsun is a name i use sometimes.
I live close to the ocean ,so
there was a morning that i went to meet the rising sun for some photography.
So the cup of coffee and the songbird have dual meanings.
      Again thanks for reading
