Ah, but are we not closed minded if we think people who are closed minded cannot possibly be open minded? What is open mindedness if not a willing to accept everyone the way they are? Perhaps it is those who condemn those to close mindedness who are themselves close minded? :(

Sorry, Lucero, I was playing devil's advocate and trying to replicate your way of thinking! lol

    Great write.

      Lol nice try Ben.

Are we not closed minded if we think people who are closed minded cannot possibly be open minded?

--- nah, they can be open minded about certain topics but at the same time be closed minded about others. In this topic, there's seems to be an absolute open minded... like the absolute truth.

I don't think anyone would ever be truly open minded about everything but at least one can attempt to listen to others peoples views without closing themselves with their own views and exclude others opinions. (Though some opinions can be on the verge of being dumb but it wouldn't hurt to also listen to them and take them into account)

Ah ... I need some air. Haha

Oh and To the last question... yup, but it depends. One can condemn one to be closed minded, and in turn, close ourselves to not be like them or talk to them, and in essence show that one is closed minded.

Where as one can condemn one to be closed minded, and show that someone why he is closed minded, and similarly, one could try to not be closed minded.

Muhahaha... I'm sleepy. Don't know if I made sense. But good one Ben.
