Andrea, as always with your work this resonates with me and we seem to be in sync sometimes with our emotions which is unfortunate.

The title i would say drew me in because I like walking along the river here some times but in all honesty I saw you'd posted something new and had to read it.

1) The imagery here is beautiful and tbh I don't think any of us could find real peace because we could never find that place and even if we did I doubt any of us would be able to fully appreciate that place thus making us stronger and at peace no matter how hard we tried.

2) I like this like a statement of "now I've bared my all I can rest easily" but in my opinion it gets thoughts swirling and twirling into a dark abyss and then we can't seem to get out for some time. I guess writing about it helps a little but not completely.

3/ Beautiful imagery.

4/ This is a real kick in the gut and a though no doubt many like me and you have thoughts of often. I do feel I am missing the real meaning of this piece though.
