Please Hear Me

I need you to hear me,
I need you to listen.

I've wasted months not acting on my feelings for you,
I can't do it anymore.

I need to know if you see me,
Or if you wait to pass me in the halls.

I need to know if you aren't saying anything because you're shy or scared of how I'll respond,
Or if it is to not hurt my feelings.

I don't just need you to hear me,
I need you to respond.
