Sorry Larry I have problem grasping the point :
There are hardly ever any humor in solution, unless the solution itself is in question. ( which most of the time is ~~wink-wink~~ ) I only understand it in term of fun, maybe, instead of humor.
    Apologize for my confusion.

Think of Shakespeare’s comedies or Mozart’s operas (Figaro, Magic Flute) where much Ado was made over the confusion of roles, identities and misunderstandings. The resolution always made the audience go “ahhh” but the plays/operas would have been worthless without the problems.

Absolutely agree. A short but astute piece. Loved it. Milly x

Now I see. Opera explains it : the humor! solution! Now I understand it is not about ordinary life.
    Thanks Larry

Oh but it is: art imitates life, life imitates art.

I agree. Though those imitations are exaggeration, or in the cases of opera, over glamorized. In regular life is unusual to replace: a perplexed situation with resolution, only for the sake of humor or irony. Only artists could do that because they replace the facts with art, living it with imitating, it.
All these said you know I am a fan of your short works. I am just discussing the technicality with you because you have the maturity. And also I was confused at first.
