This is so relatable to me and no doubt many others... Pondering whether or not there's more to life that what we have especially at silly o'clock when we should be sleeping but I guess that our creativity (my opinion) makes us more prone to insomnia, irrational thinking and anxiousness which you have expressed well here. I have come up with my own technique of 'surviving' and it's any time I feel anxious about things I breath in in 1 breathe and out in 6 if that makes sense the reason I count to 6 now is because it's helping me overcome some horrendous past events. This was superb.

It's almost, almost close to that time here, and isn't it amazing how our minds can keep us up? Our thoughts can seem endless and we go over years and years worth of memories and dreams?

Love the specifics you gave here, and that feeling of restlessness in our spirit.

I love it, Hellon. I read it a couple of days ago and for some reason thought I should write my comment when I am more free-minded because it deserves better than this.
I feel as though I wrote your poem. I can relate to almost everything in it. Have I lost my dreams? Have I just easily surrendered to the business of life and forgot what I really wanted to be? Is this my life or someone else's? Do dreams die as we get older? Just too many questions pop into my head when I read your poem.
You have a talent for writing simple language poetry with the deepest meanings hidden in life. Bravo, Hellon.
