I'm not sure what the answer is in honesty, Dagmar, but the world about us is frequently reason enough to have to wash our faces clean of tears.

Take care and all the best,

    Ben

Life has an impact. I like the description of washing a face and as the water flows it takes tears along with it. The fact some of these get stuck made me feel those tears were caused by terrible circumstances.

The general feeling of abuse caused by thoughtless people came through. The damage, like a corrosive substance eating away at a body from the inside.

Maybe this is abuse from others, or self abuse?

    Thanks for sharing.

Wonderfully short, yet full to the brim with emotion. The answer always seems simple, doesn't it? But to do it takes more than words. You are as descriptive as always. Good to see you write. Much love.
