I liked this piece because it is relatable for many different people. From the person suffering from a panic attack to one having suffered abuse who is panicking trying to hide the marks, terrified it will happen again and not wanting people to know. To someone suffering from what is known as an "invisible illness". Strange pains and spasms, buzzing, pins and needles are symptoms that can be frightening and can cause panic, again often sufferers pretend that they are ok because they don't want people to know they are ill. I gotta agree with you Brenda, it's ok to cry and ask for help even if our mind says otherwise. I feel like it's hard for most hurting people to ask for help. It's like our minds tell us things that may or may not be true, but we need to find out the truth for ourselves instead of doubting.
Milly, I'm glad that you can see how this can be relatable for more than just one group of people. I like writing things that connect with different people and I'm pleased to see that you caught that.

I totally agree with Milly. The fight to not do your go to when that feeling hits and the inner turmoil you are experiencing. It's ok to cry and it's ok to ask for help, never forget that.
