I love this Michael! We do indeed need to love ourselves first. By doing this we are able to move in a forward direction.

Being in the grip of an addiction really is a form of self-destruction based on self-loathing. Self-love is the only way to take steps to be free from that (so much easier said than done!) and you've described that so very well here Michael. Brilliant! :-) x
